A tutorial on Web Algorithmics By Monica Henzinger ( DEC Research Center)
is sheduled as Pre conference event.

A tutorial on Aproximate algorithms By R.Ravi ( CMU, USA) and
Naveen Garg ( IIT, New Delhi) is sheduled on 19th and 20th Dec
1999, as post conference event.

A theme session on Algorithmic Engineering is to orgonized as 
joint session for both FST and ISAAC by Kurt Mhelhorn ( MPI, Germany).

Accepted papers will be published in the proceedings of the
symposium (Lecture Notes in Computer Science, Springer-Verlag).
